What is the shipping time?
We ship from Spain. All orders shipping from within Spain are considered domestic and will be delivered in 2 to 5 business days. See below for international orders.
For regular items, the estimated time of arrival (ETA) are the following:

Those are estimated times, as there may be delays due to Covid-19 and closed international borders. For orders outside of Europe, we have encountered that, because of the pandemic, some of our customers have experienced delays of up to 2 months, and frequent retention at customs.
For preorder items, please check the individual page of the product for more information about the production, packaging, and delivery times. More information will be shared on this website news, Twitter, and Discord server, but feel free to send an email for any inquiries you might have.
When will you ship my order?
For items in stock, we will do our best to ship your order between 7 to 14 business days.
Should your purchase be a preorder item, we ask you to refer to the stated estimated time of arrival (ETA) on the item’s description.
If your order includes both items in stock and preorders, the order will be sent when the preordered items have been produced and we received them.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are added automatically during the shopping process and are based on Correos Spain’s rates + order weight + handling costs.
We are grateful that we were able to make a contract with our local post office to offer our customers cheaper prices in our shipping.
Depending on your order size (weight), we offer tracked and non tracked options.
Please read the following point for differences between tracked and untracked shipping.
What's the difference between tracked and untracked shipping?
An order with tracked shipping includes a tracking ID, which gives you the ability to follow the location of your package at any given time. We will provide you with the number as soon as your order has been dropped at the postal office.
This variant gives you the option to make a claim and receive a refund, should your package get lost or damaged during transit. However, this will increase the shipping cost.
An order with untracked shipping (standard mail), receives a parcel ID, which only allows seeing the date your package was dropped off at the postal office and when it was delivered to your address.
Once the item has been dropped, we no longer have information on your delivery's whereabouts and are unable to give any assistance.
Be aware that Parce ID will not give any updates on your package until delivery is finished.
Items with untracked shipping that are either lost or damaged during transit won't receive refunds. Any possible claims should be discussed with your local postal office.
In the event the client chooses the untracked shipping, they are aware, understand, and agree that Herukas (we) will not and are unable to provide assistance of the whereabouts and updates regarding their order status in transit after it has been dropped to the post office.
In the case the item was lost or damaged in transit, we won't be issuing any refunds. The exception to this point is if the item was defective or damaged before we sent it. If so, don't hesitate to get in touch with us and we will assist you in any way we can.
I did two orders really close to each other, can I combine them?
Yes, we are able to combine orders as long as they haven't been shipped yet. In order to assist you in any way we can, please contact us as soon as possible, as we cannot make any modifications to your order once it has been shipped.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
If the customer is willing to afford the shipping costs for the return, we will be happy to accommodate you. If such a decision is reached, we will communicate with the client and proceed case-to-case basis.
We do not accept returns of customized or personalized orders and digital downloads.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued on a case-to-case basis, please get in touch with us with your issue and we will try to reach an agreement.
