Refund policy
All sales are final unless there was a mistake on our side such as a wrong product, defective product, etc.
We do not hold ourselves accountable for any damage that the item might suffer during shipping. For our part, we do try our best to pack every order with as much care as possible. Unfortunately, we have no power over how the postal services treat the parcels.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available before we ship your order.
If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
In the case that your order has already been shipped, we will not issue a refund. Please make a separate purchase for the new item. The client must ensure that their purchase is as final as possible, to guarantee a swift shipment and handling of your order.
Errors and missing items
In the event you receive an incorrect order due to an error from our side, please get in touch with us so we can ensure you receive the correct item. We will reship you the missing items at no cost to the client.
The client is free to keep the wrong items or dispose of them as they feel adequate.
