Shop reopening!

Hello everyone,

We want to take a minute to thank everyone for being part of the first 2022 opening! We have some updates so we hope you stay to read them all.

First of all, for this opening, we have 3 new acrylic charm designs and 3 acrylic charm reprints.

We hope you enjoy this new drop and we can’t wait to hear your opinions!

Secondly, we would like to address the issues that the shop had last time it opened up until the beginning of this year.

We would like to apologize for the problems regarding shipping and handling, as well as timely communication with our clients. We understand your frustration and deeply regret our mistakes, and we are making sure that nothing like it happens again.

In order to achieve that, we have started implementing some changes in our store structure to show clients and followers that we are truly remorseful and we are committed to doing better.

First, Neri joined the team. She has been a long-time friend of Eva, and she has picked up customer service duties. We truly appreciate the help that Cris gave us in the past, and we can’t do anything but thank her for lending us a hand during our rough patch even though she was busy as well.

Neri is in charge to provide any assistance to customers on our email and Discord server from Monday to Friday, as well as helping with the redesign and sorting of the shop for this opening.

Even though Neri joined the team, the art and the shop are still Eva’s. Eva manages the manufacturing and handling of the items, while Neri provides support to customers.

Second, we have addressed the last preorder hiccups with any customer that has contacted us via email. We have either put on hold orders to be sent during June and July (as soon as the store closes preorders) and refunds have started to be sent to clients who requested so.

We are aware that some of our clients saw Eva say publicly said to be facing economic difficulties, but that is due to the store being closed for almost a year. The complications caused by manufacturing delays and errors pushed back the orders shipments by several months, impacting Eva’s situation. As most of her followers know, the shop is Eva’s main source of income and having it closed for well over 10 months, depleted her earnings and savings.

She worked extra doing commissions on the side to be able to provide customers with their orders, but for health reasons, she had to scale back on those.

We are trying to be as transparent as possible, so if any of our customers feels the need to know a more detailed explanation of the issues that occurred from June 2021 to this day, please feel free to contact us.

Third, we have started a shipping contract with our local postal office to ensure a cheaper shipping rate for all of our clients.

This contract allows us to send our packages cheaply, and reliably and offers more shipping options. Please, check our shipping policy page for more information on the options available.

Fourth, any upcoming updates regarding preorders, manufacturing updates, and shipping will be promptly updated on this blog, as well as Eva’s Twitter and the Discord server. Please, keep an eye open for future updates on the June 2022 drop.

Fifth, we have added new and extensive information about Shipping policy, Refund policy, Privacy policy, or Terms of service as well as updated the F.A.Qs. Please make sure to read them. In the case any information, or wording, results confusing, not clear enough or hard to understand, please let us know. We will do our best to clear your concerns and update the pages in a more friendly manner.
