Hello again everyone!
We have just returned from speaking with our postal office representative, just as we announced yesterday in our last blog post.
After further inspection, the postal office made an error while processing our shipping contract. Since we ship internationally, we requested a contract with two different price points. It appears that it was an unusual request, and while inputing the permissions needed for our labeling, the postal office made some errors and we are left unable to process any shipping.
But fret not! The local post office has found said error and is in contact with the central office to change and update our contract to the one we originally signed up for.
They are working on updating it as soon as possible, but we are still unsure when it will be fixed. We hope for at least one more week, two at most.
